Intro:

RS-901AW is fast speed and high accuracy capacitor forming machine with polarity detection feature. It mainly includes 3 parts: Vibration feeder bowl and linear vibration track, tester device and cutting forming parts. Vibration bowl can feed capacitors to linear vibration, tester device can test capacitor capacitance. And in cutting forming part, it can detect capacitor polarity, rotate capacitors, test capacitance, cut leads, form leads. Machine use grippers to transfer capacitors one by one, this can avoid damage to capacitors, also make sure accurate cutting and forming capacitors.

Available Electrolytic capacitor size. For different capacitor size range, it needs a different machine.

5-10mm Dia E-capacitor, max body height: 16mm

8-13mm Dia E-capacitor, max body height: 25mm

13-16 Dia E-capacitor, max body height: 30mm

16-18 Dia E-capacitor, max body height: 35mm
